Simple is Beautiful
My personal skin care philosophy is “Less is more”. In the marketplace there is such a dazzling array of skin care products all advertising various results. Sometimes, these skin care products an actually a burden on your skin’s health. Instead, I choose products with pure, natural ingredients. The way I maintain my skin is simple: First, I never use hot water to wash my face. Hot water damages the hydrolipidic layer of the skin. Second, I start my skin care routine right after taking a shower, to retain the moisture. I first use a moisturizer, followed by a water-retaining lotion. Remember to choose lotions with varying degrees of oil according to the seasons! In daytime I finish with a sunscreen from SPF50. I believe that “Simple is beautiful”. Excessive foundation is unnecessary, a clean and simple face without makeup is beautiful.
I am a working mom who is struggling to keep up with both my job and housework, so my skin care method is very simple, done with just three bottles and five minutes! Once a month I have a laser treatment or use mandelic acid. As the saying goes, “There are no ugly women, just lazy women”, so don’t let busyness become an excuse for being lazy!
